Open datasets
Anfas.Pro publishes the reference data behind its document-photo tools as open data, so anyone can check a requirement against the authority that issued it instead of trusting a summary.
ICAO and Government Document Photo Specifications
Machine-readable photo requirements for passports, visas, residence permits and identity cards. Every record carries the issuing authority it came from, direct source URLs, a verification level and the date those sources were last checked. Values that could not be sourced from an authority are listed explicitly rather than silently filled in.

Corrections
Requirements change without notice, and a compilation like this is only as good as its sources. If a record is out of date, open an issue in the GitHub repository with a link to the authority page. The issuing authority always outranks this dataset.
