Refund policy at a glance
We refund in full within 14 days if the issuing authority formally rejects the photo and you supply the rejection notice. This applies to all 67 supported countries and every document type. The full refund policy covers edge cases (rejected for non-photo reasons, late refund requests).
Exception: for the small number of countries whose authority does not accept AI-edited photos at all (flagged as a notice on that document's page), a rejection for using an AI-generated photo there is not covered by this guarantee.

Do you refund if the photo is rejected?
