When we refund 100 %
- Technical failure on our side — the tool errored, you did not receive a download, or the file is corrupted.
- Our published spec was wrong — your photo was rejected and the rejection reason traces to a number we publish incorrectly on the leaf page.
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same order.
When we cannot refund
- The source photo you uploaded was out of focus, too dark, or otherwise unsuitable, and the rejection notes this.
- You bought the wrong country or document profile by mistake. Write to us — we will re-issue against the correct profile at the same price.
- The authority changed its specification after your purchase and our page is now being re-verified. We will re-issue for free.
How to request
Email refunds@anfas.pro within 30 days of purchase with your order ID and a brief description (and the rejection notice from the authority if applicable). We respond within two business days and process eligible refunds within five.
