In short. To receive a Ukrainian pension or insurance payments abroad in 2027, complete physical identification by 31 December 2026 — online via Diia.Signature on the PFU portal, by video link, at a bank, or at a consulate. Without it, payments are stopped from 1 January.

Physical identification must be completed every year by 31 December by recipients of pensions and insurance payments who stay abroad for 183 or more days a year or have temporary protection or refugee status.
The legal basis is Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 299 of 11 February 2025 and Article 47-1 of the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance".
