What I do at Anfas.Pro
Every authority writes its photo rules in its own way. One gives the size in millimetres, another the head height as a percentage, a third only asks for “a recent photo on a light background”. The rules sit in a regulation, in a PDF with sample photos or on an embassy page. I bring them all to one form — photo size, head height, background, glasses, expression and, for online applications, the file — so that every page reads the same way and can be checked against its source.
Anfas.Pro uses the GPT-Image-2.5 image model from OpenAI; the request for each document carries its specification, and the result is checked against the size, head height and background rules of the chosen document.

- Image processing for identity documents — face geometry, background uniformity, lighting
Editorial standards I follow
Every document page on this site cites an official source from the issuing authority — a passport agency, an immigration ministry, an embassy. The date of the last check is shown on every page. The full editorial policy is published at our editorial policy page, and the verification method at how we verify.
Where an authority publishes only general rules, the page says so, and I do not invent the missing numbers; where it publishes no figures at all, the page follows ICAO 9303 and names it as the source. Requirements are checked against the official sources every month.
Background
Anfas.Pro is run by a sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine; full legal details are in the terms of service. One editor keeps the whole catalogue, so every page has the same structure: the rule, the source it comes from and the date it was last checked.
