- Government Decision No. 385-N of 26 March 2020 (ARLIS), point 12: after the documents are checked and the data entered, «անձը նկարահանվում է համակարգչային տեխնիկայի միջոցով» — the person is photographed with computer equipment.
- Same decision, point 66: after the practical exam the person «անմիջապես նկարահանվում է համակարգչային տեխնիկայի միջոցով» and receives the licence within one working day; point 82 repeats the photographing for an exchange or a duplicate.
- Same decision, point 84: for an international driving permit the applicant submits «3 x 4 սմ չափսի մեկ գունավոր լուսանկար» — one colour photo of 3 × 4 cm.
