What the tool does not do
This block exists because a document photo is a decision someone else makes about you. The cases below are the ones where this tool is the wrong answer, or not the whole answer.

Which currency is shown depends on the region the site is opened from. The card itself is always charged in Ukrainian hryvnia: the seller is registered in Ukraine and the payment runs through Plata by mono, so the bank statement shows a hryvnia amount converted at the bank’s own rate, which can differ slightly from the displayed 7.99 USD or 6.99 EUR.
The displayed price is the final price for the buyer. Applicable taxes are included and there are no extra fees on top of it.
Card details are requested only after the result is on screen. If the preview does not work, the visitor leaves without paying anything.

Can I use an AI-generated photo for a passport?
It depends on the country, and in six cases the published answer is no: USA (passport and visa), United Kingdom (passport), Canada (passport), Australia (passport), New Zealand (passport) and Germany (passport, ID card, electronic residence permit, EU Blue Card). Those authorities require an original, unedited photograph. Germany goes further — since 1 May 2025 the photo is taken at the authority or by a certified photographer. Where no prohibition is published, the safe reading is that the photo must show your true current appearance and must not alter your face. Anfas.Pro shows the prohibition as a notice on the affected document pages and links the authority that issued it.
What happens if the photo is rejected?
Send the official rejection notice to refunds@anfas.pro within 14 days and the payment is returned in full. One case is excluded: a rejection for submitting an AI-edited photo in a country whose authority prohibits them, because that prohibition is disclosed on the page before purchase. A rejection notice normally names the trigger — background, head size, glare, shadow, expression — and the same triggers are listed on that document’s page, so the second attempt can target the actual reason.
How much does Anfas.Pro cost?
7.99 USD or 6.99 EUR once for the HD set; which currency you see depends on your region. Visitors from Ukraine see and pay ₴299. Creating the preview, inspecting it and running the technical check cost nothing. There is no subscription and no registration. The card is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia at your bank’s exchange rate, so the statement shows a hryvnia amount.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no registration, no app and no password. Pick a country and a document, upload a portrait, and the watermarked result appears in the same browser session. Card details are requested only after you have seen it.
What happens to my photo?
The portrait is sent to Google’s AI image service only after the consent checkbox is ticked; if consent is declined, nothing is generated. Small encrypted previews of the upload and of the result are kept for no more than 7 days and then deleted automatically. The result taken to checkout is kept for up to 24 hours when unpaid, or up to 30 days after payment so the file can be downloaded again. The free browser tools do not upload the image anywhere.
Can I take a passport photo at home with my phone?
For most countries, yes — the requirements describe the image, not the equipment: even light, a plain background in the required colour, a neutral expression with the mouth closed, and the head at the size the authority specifies. The exceptions matter. Germany accepts no self-made photo for the passport, ID card, electronic residence permit or EU Blue Card, and five other authorities reject AI-edited or retouched images. A phone photo taken by another person, with the camera at eye level rather than held at arm’s length, is a workable starting point.
Does Anfas.Pro guarantee my photo will be accepted?
No, and no online tool can: acceptance is decided by the issuing authority. What this tool does instead is match the specification that authority publishes, show the source it came from and the date it was checked, run an automated check on the result before you buy it, and return the payment within 14 days if the authority rejects the photo and you supply the rejection notice.
