- eUprava, frequently asked question «What photo is suitable for the issue of a passport?» (translated from the Slovenian, 15 July 2015): one photograph of 3.5 × 4.5 cm must be attached to the application and must show your true likeness; you must be photographed from the front, with the forehead uncovered, without a hat, cap or scarf, except in an exception; the face from the crown to the chin must take up 70 % of the whole photograph.
- Same answer: the photograph must also have a suitable background, light and resolution; it must be suitable for biometric capture, so the size and position of the face and the expression matter — the expression must be neutral and the mouth closed; with the application you may also submit the confirmation of an e-photographer with the reference number of the photograph, which is kept in a special repository in digital form.
