Latvia-specific things to know
- The number of photographs depends on where you apply: one on the Ministry list, in London and at VFS Armenia, two at the New Delhi embassy.
- The background is «uniform» in the OCMA leaflet, «white» in New Delhi and «light (white or off-white)» at VFS Global: a plain white background satisfies all three.
- In India the photograph can be taken digitally at the application or scanned from a recent one if it conforms to ICAO; at VFS Global the print is paper-clipped to the form, never stapled.
