Czech Republic National D visa (long-stay >90 days) photos follow the same Ministry of Foreign Affairs (mzv.gov.cz) spec as Czech Schengen visa: 35×45mm (3.5×4.5 cm) in color, glued to the application form (not stapled or paperclipped — Czech-specific rule). National D visa is used for work, study, family reunification, and other long-term purposes.
