Czech Republic residence permit (dlouhodobý pobyt / long-term residence) photos are administered by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic (Ministerstvo vnitra ČR) and the IPC (Integration Centre). The format follows Schengen baseline 35×45mm with specific requirements: head + upper shoulders front-face view, at least 2mm margin between top of head and top of photo, eye-to-chin face height at least 13mm, smooth surface (no glossy texture).
Czech-specific: the photo does not have to be newer than 180 days old (other documents required for the application have stricter recency limits).
