Azerbaijan passport photos are typically captured on-site by ASAN xidmət (ASAN service) centers using their dedicated equipment — applicants do not need to bring their own photos. The general document photo spec for Azerbaijan is 35×45mm with white background, head height minimum 30.8mm, and top-of-head margin minimum 2.4mm.
Visa photos use a different format: 30×40mm. All Azerbaijan ID photos must be in color and taken in a studio (not outdoors).
