For a Tajik standard (sticker) visa the Ministry of Foreign Affairs lists «two copies of the visa application and a stuck-on photo» among the documents, and says «photos should be 3.5 × 4.5 cm (colour), printed from one negative, without hat and dark spectacles»; the passport must not expire within six months of the end of the visa and has at least two clear pages, and the receipt for the state duty and the consular fee is given after a positive decision. The visa is issued as a sticker and a standard visa is applied for online at www.visa.gov.tj; the e-visa at www.evisa.tj is a separate system — a single or multiple entry visa issued for 90 days, with a stay of at most 60 days from the date of arrival, not subject to extension except for force majeure.
For a visa extension the Ministry asks for «the applicant's photo of relevant size and quality». The pages read give no photo specification for the e-visa upload (pixels, file size, format); for a paper application use a recent colour photo of 3.5 × 4.5 cm on a plain light background.
