Why these photos get rejected — and how to fix each one
Serbia-specific things to know
- The only published size is 3.5 × 4.5 cm — on the Ministry's list and in the box on the form; no head size, background colour or pixel size appears for visas.
- The photo is stuck on the form, never stapled; the Tokyo embassy's scan limit — a JPG of at most 15 KB — is far smaller than the 300 KB it allows for the passport and booking scans.
- Serbia lets holders of some Schengen, UK, EU and US visas enter without a Serbian visa, so the photo is only needed by travellers who do need one.
