• Serbia repeats one line in every ground of the temporary residence permit — «Two photos (35x45mm, color, full face)» — while the single-permit lists say only «A foreign citizen's photo», with no number or size.
• The permit is applied for either in person at the police directorates or electronically on the Foreign Nationals' Portal; on the Portal each document has a size limit in megabytes shown in the form, and the Ministry's page names no photo file specification.
• Two grounds, real-estate ownership and sports training of young athletes, have no landlord's statement in their lists, but carry the same photo line as the others.
