What the source confirms
  • ICP states that approved Authority photo standards follow ICAO principles.
  • The photo must be recent, high-quality and taken against a white background.
  • The photo must show clear facial features and eyes.
  • Shadows, reflections and other visual distortions are not accepted.
  • Hats and sunglasses are not allowed; only medical glasses are permitted if they do not cover the eyes, and the face must be straight with a neutral expression.
